Cooling is one of the greatest challenges facing gaming laptops, and ROG is constantly pushing the envelope. This drive led to liquid metals, which are effective at transferring thermal energy between surfaces like a processor die and heatsink. ASUS’s variable thickness design can get as thin as 0.1mm at the base of the fans before expanding toward the tip.
